Social+ Signature is a quarterly, campaign-led social media and content service created by Colloco Marketing Ltd to support visibility, brand consistency, and commercial outcomes for hospitality businesses.

This is not a generic content service.
It is a structured marketing system built around strategic planning, professional content capture, and consistent delivery.

Scope of Service

​

Each quarter, Colloco will:

• Define a clear 90-day campaign focus (e.g. seasonal offer, event series, menu launch, brand feature)

• Plan and deliver weekly social media content aligned to that campaign

• Capture professional on-brand imagery during a scheduled quarterly content visit

• Schedule and publish content across agreed platforms

• Track performance and provide visibility on engagement and campaign interest

The objective is to support visibility and commercial momentum — not vanity metrics alone.

Fees & Payment

​

Monthly Service Fee

£tbc per month
Minimum term: 3 months, then rolling quarterly

The monthly fee covers:

• Strategy and campaign planning

• Content creation (copy, graphics, reels, stories)

• Scheduling and publishing

• Tracking and reporting

• Account management

Quarterly Content Capture (Required)

​

From £tbc per venue, per quarter

This includes:

• Pre-shoot planning and campaign alignment

• Professional on-site photography and content capture

• Editing and delivery of approved assets

• Local travel within an agreed radius

​

Multi-venue or extended capture runs may be quoted separately.

​

Optional Costs (if required)

​

• Landing page hosting & tracking: £120 per year (non-refundable)

• Advertising spend: charged separately, non-refundable

• Third-party platforms or tools: charged separately where applicable

All third-party or hard costs are excluded from any refund guarantee.

Payment Terms

• Fees are payable quarterly in advance via invoice or standing order

• Late or missed payments may result in paused or cancelled service

• Paused service due to non-payment is not refundable

Content Delivery

​

Quarterly Content Capture

• One coordinated capture visit per quarter

• Minimum 100 professionally edited images per visit

• Content licensed for the client’s own marketing use only

• Shoots must be scheduled in advance and cannot be rolled over unless agreed in writing

Weekly Content Output

• 4 feed posts per week (approx. 16 per month)

• 1 story set per week

• 1 reel per week (using captured footage where available)

• Captions and graphics created using Colloco templates

• Scheduled posting to Facebook and Instagram

• One round of revisions per week

​

90-Day Performance Guarantee

Colloco is confident in the Social+ Signature system.

If, after three full months of active collaboration, there is no measurable improvement in reach, engagement, or tracked campaign interest — and all client responsibilities have been met — Colloco will refund the final month’s service fee.

The guarantee:

• Applies to Colloco’s service fee only

• Excludes all capture, travel, production, advertising, and third-party costs

​

Guarantee Conditions

To qualify for the guarantee, clients must:

• Approve content within 5 working days

• Provide campaign materials (menus, pricing, event details) at least 5 working days in advance

• Participate in scheduled capture visits or interviews

• Maintain a live booking or enquiry method throughout the campaign

​

Missed deadlines, withheld approvals, lack of participation, or paused campaigns will void the guarantee.

​

Performance & Reporting

• Campaign links tracked via Bitly or equivalent

• Monthly performance snapshot provided, including:

  • Reach and engagement trends

  • Top-performing content

  • Click and interest data

Colloco cannot guarantee confirmed bookings unless these are measurable or reported by the client.

 

Cancellation

• Minimum term: 3 months

• After the minimum term, either party may cancel with 30 days’ written notice

Colloco reserves the right to cancel immediately for:

• Repeated late payment

• Lack of cooperation

• Abusive or unreasonable conduct

​

Final content is delivered or scheduled only once all outstanding balances are cleared.

Legal & Intellectual Property

• All created content remains the copyright of Colloco Marketing Ltd

• Clients receive a non-exclusive licence to use delivered content for their own business marketing

• Content may be used in Colloco’s portfolio or promotional materials unless requested otherwise in writing

• These terms may be updated with 30 days’ notice
