Social+ Signature is a strategic marketing plan created by Colloco Marketing to help independent restaurants increase bookings, boost visibility, and promote key campaigns using professionally delivered content, photography, and tracked landing pages.

This is not a generic content service — it is a bookings-focused campaign system.

• Drive traffic to a dedicated landing page

• Link directly to your booking system or provide an enquiry method

• Track campaign performance and provide visibility on what’s working

• Create momentum in your marketing that delivers measurable business impact

90-DAY GUARANTEE
We’re confident this system works. If, after 3 full months of active collaboration, there’s no measurable improvement in reach, engagement, or tracked campaign interest — and you’ve met all agreed responsibilities — we’ll refund your final month’s service fee.

This guarantee applies to the service fee only and excludes:

• Photography or videography costs

• Domain, tracking, or landing page hosting

• Travel or location expenses

• Third-party platforms or tools (e.g. hosting, ad spend, or email platforms)

To qualify, clients must:

• Approve content within 5 working days

• Provide all campaign materials (menus, dates, pricing) at least 5 working days in advance

• Participate in scheduled photo shoots or interviews

• Ensure a live booking or enquiry method is in place throughout the campaign

Missed deadlines, withheld approvals, or lack of participation will void the guarantee.

FEES & PAYMENT
Monthly Fee: £450 (includes content creation, photography, planning, design, tracking, hosting, ad spend, scheduling)
Photography Fee: £85/hour (standard 2-hour shoot = £170 per quarter, non-refundable)
Tracking & Hosting Setup: £120/year if required (non-refundable)
Minimum Term: 3 months, then rolling monthly

Payment Terms: Monthly in advance (via invoice or standing order)

Late Payment: May result in paused or cancelled service. No refunds will be issued for paused weeks due to non-payment.

All third-party costs (e.g. photography, hosting, travel, ad spend) are excluded from the refund guarantee. Receipts available on request.

 

CONTENT CREATION
Quarterly Photoshoot: 2-hour shoot every 3 months, minimum 100 edited images
Images licensed for your business marketing only (not resale or third-party use)
Shoots must be scheduled in advance and cannot be rolled over unless agreed

Weekly Content:

• 4 feed posts per week (16/month)

• 1 story set per week

•  1 reel per week (from shoot footage)

• Captions and graphics created in-house using Canva or Colloco templates

• Scheduled posting to Facebook and Instagram

• One round of revisions per week

CAMPAIGN STRATEGY
Each quarter, we’ll focus on one campaign: a seasonal offer, recurring event, or feature
We’ll collaborate on shaping the offer and messaging
Content and promotions will be aligned with the campaign focus

Landing Page:

• Built by Colloco to support your campaign

• Links to your booking system or a basic enquiry form

• Used across social posts, stories, and emails

• Hosting/tracking setup may incur an annual £120 fee (non-refundable)

Email Marketing:

• One promotional email copy per month

• Email platform access or mailing list not included

PERFORMANCE & ROI

Tracking & Reporting:

• Bitly or equivalent used to track clicks and interest

• Monthly performance snapshot showing top-performing content and traffic data

• Colloco cannot guarantee confirmed bookings unless measurable or reported by the client

Client Responsibilities:

• Provide menus, pricing, and event details 5 working days in advance

• Co-operate with shoots and interviews

• Approve content promptly

• Ensure a working booking method is in place

CANCELLATION
Minimum term: 3 months
After that: cancel any time with 30 days’ written notice

Colloco may cancel immediately for repeated late payments, lack of cooperation, or abuse
Final assets are only delivered or posted after full payment is cleared

All created assets remain the copyright of Colloco
Clients receive a non-exclusive licence to use content for their own business marketing
Content may be used in Colloco’s portfolio or promotional materials unless otherwise requested in writing
These terms may be updated with 30 days’ notice
