ICO Registration Number: C1295320
Last Updated: 31 October 2025
1. Acceptance
By paying an invoice, signing a proposal, or instructing Colloco Marketing Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) to begin, you (“the client”) agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Scope of Work
All social media work will be carried out as outlined in your selected package or proposal (e.g. Social + Signature for Brands, Essentials, or Quarterly Social).
Any additional content, strategy, or design work outside that scope will be quoted and billed separately.
3. Payment Terms
-
Full payment is required upfront for each quarterly cycle unless a written payment plan has been agreed.
-
Work will not begin until payment has cleared.
-
Quarterly packages renew automatically unless notice is given prior to the next cycle start date.
-
Ad spend, travel, or additional content production costs are billed separately.
-
Late or missed payments may result in paused services and removal from the posting schedule.
4. Strategy & Visibility Interview™
Every project begins with a Visibility Interview™, Colloco’s strategic discovery session to clarify goals, tone of voice, and content direction.
-
Conducted online as standard, or in person on the Isle of Wight when practical.
-
In-person sessions are free of charge other than reasonable travel or accommodation costs, if required.
-
The interview must be completed before any content planning or creation begins.
-
Additional strategy sessions or follow-up workshops beyond the initial interview will be quoted separately.
5. Content Creation & Approvals
-
You will receive a content plan or preview (calendar, visuals, captions) for approval.
-
Each delivery includes two rounds of revisions per content cycle.
-
Revisions cover minor text or image tweaks — not new creative directions.
-
If feedback is not received within five working days, content will be deemed approved and scheduled.
-
Once approved or published, any subsequent changes are chargeable.
6. Photography & Videography
Where included in your package:
-
Final edited images and clips are licensed to you for marketing use once full payment is received.
-
Raw or unedited files remain the property of Colloco Marketing or our subcontracted creatives.
-
Shoots cancelled within 48 hours of the agreed date are chargeable at 50% of the session fee.
7. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
-
Provide brand assets, account access, and key dates promptly.
-
Approve content within agreed timelines.
-
Ensure all claims, offers, or promotions are accurate and legally compliant.
Delays in feedback or approvals may affect scheduling and cannot be backdated or refunded.
8. Account Access & Security
-
Colloco Marketing may require Admin or Editor access to your social media accounts to schedule and manage content.
-
You remain the legal owner of all accounts and are responsible for passwords and overall security.
-
We will never change credentials or remove your access.
9. Results & Performance
Colloco Marketing applies proven strategy, design, and storytelling to every campaign.
However, we cannot guarantee specific performance results (reach, engagement, or follower growth) due to factors outside our control such as algorithm changes or audience behaviour.
10. Revisions, Pauses & Cancellations
-
Two rounds of revisions are included; additional edits are billable.
-
Quarterly or retainer packages may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice prior to the next renewal date.
-
Work completed or scheduled during the notice period will be invoiced in full.
-
Unused posts, hours, or credits do not roll over to the next cycle.
11. Ownership & Intellectual Property
-
Upon full payment, you own the final approved content (posts, captions, images, and videos).
-
Colloco Marketing retains ownership of templates, strategy frameworks, and design systems used to create your content.
-
We reserve the right to showcase campaign work in our portfolio and marketing materials.
12. Liability
We exercise reasonable skill and care but cannot be held liable for:
-
Loss of income or reputation resulting from platform changes, account restrictions, or third-party issues.
-
Comments or user interactions on your channels.
-
Errors arising from client-provided information or instructions.
Our total liability will not exceed the total amount paid for the relevant quarter.
13. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all business and account information except where disclosure is required by law.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
15. Acceptance
By commissioning Colloco Marketing Ltd to begin social media work, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
