2. Scope of Work

Website maintenance is delivered through one or two pre-scheduled working sessions per month, combining proactive review by Colloco with client-submitted requests.

Maintenance may include:

  • Updates to existing website pages (text, images, links, buttons)

  • Events page updates as new events are added

  • Ticketing updates for future menus, experiences or events

  • Small content edits across the website

  • One blog post per month (structure, light copy editing and upload)

  • Limited copywriting related to existing pages or agreed content

  • General site housekeeping (broken links, formatting issues, minor fixes)

  • Basic on-page SEO hygiene (page titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links)

  • Proactive review of the website with recommendations for next steps

  • Implementation of agreed priority improvements

All work is delivered within the technical capabilities and limitations of Wix Studio.

---

3. Fair Use Policy

The monthly maintenance fee covers a reasonable volume of planned work that can be delivered within the scheduled maintenance sessions.

Fair use is based on:

  • Grouped and prioritised requests

  • Evolutionary updates rather than redesigns

  • Changes that align with the existing site structure and design

  • Fair use does not mean unlimited requests.

If requests exceed what can reasonably be delivered within the scheduled sessions, Colloco may:

  • Prioritise the most important items

  • Defer remaining work to the following month

  • Provide a separate quote for additional work

  • Colloco reserves the right to determine what constitutes fair use.

---
