These terms apply to Colloco Marketing’s AI-Powered Starter Website service.

By submitting the website brief form and/or making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms.

1. About this service

​

The AI-Powered Starter Website is a streamlined online website service designed for businesses that need a clear, professional website created quickly and affordably.

This service uses AI-assisted website tools, supported by Colloco Marketing’s review, design judgement and content refinement.

It is suitable for simple business websites, starter websites, service-based businesses, landing pages and businesses that need a professional online presence without a full strategic website project.

2. Email-only process

​

This is an online-only service.

​

There are no meetings, calls, Zoom sessions, live consultations or in-person appointments included.

All communication, content requests, feedback and approvals are handled by email.

​

This helps keep the process simple, efficient and affordable.

If you would prefer strategic calls, deeper discovery, live consultation or a more collaborative process, Colloco’s full Website Design service or Strategic Review will be a better fit.

3. What is included

​

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, the AI-Powered Starter Website includes:

• AI-assisted website structure

• Basic content organisation using the information provided in your form

• Human review and refinement by Colloco Marketing

• Basic visual styling using suitable fonts, colours and layout direction

• Up to 4 core pages, usually Home, About, Services and Contact

• Basic contact form setup

• Basic mobile review

• Basic SEO settings including page titles and meta descriptions

• Website launch support

Any additional features, pages or content beyond the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

4. What is not included

This service does not include:

• Meetings or calls

• Full brand strategy

• Advanced SEO

• Booking systems

• Membership areas

• Complex integrations

• Advanced animations

• Custom coding

• Photography

• Videography

• Ongoing website maintenance

• Social media content

• Advanced legal pages

• Detailed competitor research

• Full UX or conversion strategy

• Full website training

 

If any of these are required, they can be quoted separately where appropriate.

5. Client information and content

​

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and timely information through the website brief form.

​

This may include:

• Business name

• Contact details

• Website goals

• Service information

• About text

• Images or brand assets

• Social media links

• Legal or compliance information

• Any required wording, disclaimers or policies

Colloco Marketing can help organise and refine the information provided, but we are not responsible for verifying the accuracy, legality or completeness of your business claims, service descriptions, pricing, credentials or legal statements.

6. AI-assisted content

​

This service may use AI tools to help structure, draft or organise website content.

All AI-assisted content will be reviewed by Colloco Marketing before being added to the website. However, you remain responsible for checking that all final website wording is accurate, lawful, appropriate for your business and suitable for publication.

AI may support the process, but final approval remains your responsibility.

7. Revisions

​

This service includes one round of reasonable email-based amendments after the first website draft is shared.

A revision means small changes to text, images, layout order or wording within the agreed scope.

It does not include a full redesign, a change of direction, new pages, major restructuring, additional functionality or rewriting large amounts of content.

Additional amendments may be charged separately.

8. Timescales

​

Estimated timescales begin once payment has been received and all required information has been provided.

Delays in providing content, feedback, approvals, images, access details or business information may delay the project.

Colloco Marketing is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, delayed responses or third-party platforms.

9. Payment

​

The AI-Powered Starter Website is charged at £350, payable in full upfront before work begins.

​

Work will not start until payment has been received and the website brief form has been completed.

​

Because this is a streamlined service with reserved production time, the £350 payment is non-refundable once work has started.

​

If additional pages, features, copywriting, design work, SEO, integrations or amendments outside the agreed scope are requested, these will be quoted separately and must be approved and paid for before the additional work is carried out.

10. Wix, hosting, domain and third-party fees

​

Website hosting, domain names, premium Wix plans, apps, email accounts and any third-party tools are not included unless specifically stated in writing.

​

These fees are payable separately by the client.

​

You are responsible for maintaining your Wix account, domain, hosting plan, app subscriptions and any ongoing third-party costs.

​

​

11. Website approval and launch

​

Before launch, you will be asked to review and approve the website.

Once approval is given, you accept responsibility for the published content, including spelling, accuracy, service descriptions, links, legal wording and contact details.

Any changes requested after approval or launch may be chargeable.

12. SEO and performance

​

Basic SEO setup may be included, but Colloco Marketing does not guarantee Google rankings, AI search visibility, website traffic, enquiries, sales or commercial results.

Search visibility depends on many factors, including competition, content quality, website history, technical performance, ongoing updates, backlinks and search engine behaviour.

13. Ownership

​

Once the agreed payment has been received in full, the website content and design created specifically for your project will be transferred or made available to you within your Wix account, subject to Wix’s own platform terms.

Colloco Marketing retains ownership of any internal processes, templates, frameworks, prompts, strategy methods or proprietary materials used to create the website.

14. Portfolio use

​

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, Colloco Marketing may reference the completed project in its portfolio, website, social media or marketing materials.

​

This may include screenshots, project descriptions and links to the live website.

​

15. Client responsibilities after launch

​

After launch, you are responsible for:

• Keeping your website content accurate and up to date

• Renewing Wix plans, domain names and third-party tools

• Checking forms and enquiries are working correctly

• Updating legal information where required

• Maintaining access to your Wix account

• Requesting professional help if you make changes that affect the website layout or functionality

Ongoing support is not included unless agreed separately.

​

​

16. Limitation of liability

​

Colloco Marketing will take reasonable care in delivering the service, but we are not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, missed enquiries, platform issues, third-party outages, search engine changes or client-made changes after launch.

​

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

​

​

17. Suitability

​

Colloco Marketing reserves the right to decline or recommend a different service if the AI-Powered Starter Website is not suitable for your needs.

This may apply if your project requires complex functionality, detailed strategy, advanced SEO, bespoke design, legal/compliance input, ecommerce or a more collaborative process.
