Go To Your Website Dashboard
Click on Hotels and it will launch your reservations calendar.

Each Room is listed here:
Here it's easy to block out rooms as unavailable manually and see which rooms have availability.
How to block out manually?
Single Click on a date and drag your mouse across.
You can set a quick rate here - perfect for last minute offers.
To edit or add rooms, click on Rooms
Create a new room or Click edit on any of the rooms already created.
Make your edits here:
You can add photos and your description here and set your pricing,
You can choose your rate type :
Charge per room
Charge per person
For General Settings;
Complete your business information here - this is where you set your check in and check out time.
To select your payment
Choose the online or offline payment methods that work best for you.
This is where you set your currency and set your deposit if required,
Enter your hotel info & add your reservations policy.
Set Your Seasonal Rules
Set special rules for Christmas, summer and other peak periods (even conventions or sporting events!)
Click create new:
Name your season:
Select the dates they start and finish.
Min and Max Nights.
You can again have weekday/ weekend / Weekly and Monthly and Extra Adult Prices.
Create Your Extra Charges
Add compulsory or optional charges for extras like laundry, cleaning, Wi-Fi, etc.
Here you can get creative and upsell whatever you like to your customers.
Offer Discount Coupon Codes
Treat your guests with coupon codes! Create coupons and offer nightly discounts.
