- Active Engagement:  1 hour per week spent over the week commenting on posts, fostering community interactions.
-  Group Sharing:  Distribute content within relevant groups to maximize reach and engagement.
-  Strategy Meeting:  Monthly Zoom 30-minute meeting to align on strategy, gather feedback, and set future directions.
-  Media Sessions:  Every month, you’ll receive a comprehensive 1-hour photography and video session designed to capture the essence of your brand.

  • Client Involvement: We encourage clients to bring their ideas to the table, allowing for a collaborative atmosphere.
  • Note: While we're enthusiastic about capturing genuine moments, it's essential to remember that clients are responsible for securing the necessary permissions. To make this process easier, we provide the necessary forms.

    • Non-Refundable: All payments made towards our social media packages are non-refundable once processed.

    • Communication Hours: Clients are encouraged to contact us during our working hours:

      • Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM
      • Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM.

      Please note that while we strive to respond promptly, allow up to one business day for a response to your inquiries.

    • Content Submission: To ensure timely postings, all content must be submitted at least one week before its scheduled release date.

    • Content Review and Approval: After receiving the content, we may suggest minor edits or modifications to align with best practices. Final content approval remains with the client. It's the client's responsibility to review and approve content in a timely manner.

    • Confidentiality: We respect the privacy and confidentiality of all information and content shared with us. Your details and content will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties.

    • Changes & Revisions: Any changes or revisions to the content after submission might incur additional fees and may affect the scheduled release date.

    • Emergency Contact: In case of urgent matters, please specify the urgency in your communication, and we'll do our best to address it as soon as possible.
