Communication Hours: Clients are encouraged to contact us during our working hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
Please note that while we strive to respond promptly, allow up to one business day for a response to your inquiries.

Content Submission: To ensure timely postings, all content must be submitted monthly in advance.

Content Review and Approval: After receiving the content, we may suggest minor edits or modifications to align with best practices. Final content approval remains with the client. It's the client's responsibility to review and approve content in a timely manner.

Confidentiality: We respect the privacy and confidentiality of all information and content shared with us. Your details and content will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties.

Changes & Revisions: Any changes or revisions to the content after submission might incur additional fees and may affect the scheduled release date.
